Welcome to World Tech Forum (WTF). By accessing our website, registering as a delegate, or collaborating as a partner, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Delegates must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.
Companies, startups, and institutions must provide accurate organizational information when collaborating with WTF.
Passes (Funded, Elite, and Event-Only) are non-transferable.
Selection for Funded Passes is based on profile review by our judging panel. WTF’s decision will be final and binding.
Delegates are responsible for securing their visa, travel documents, and compliance with local laws, even if WTF provides invitation or support letters.
Participation certificates will only be awarded to delegates who attend the forum as per the schedule.
Collaboration is completely free and non-financial.
By collaborating, companies grant WTF the right to use their logo and name on our website, publications, and promotional materials as “Collaborating Partners.”
Companies may withdraw from collaboration by providing written notice, after which their logo and name will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.
WTF reserves the right to deny participation or remove individuals who violate this code of conduct.
All materials (presentations, talks, resources) shared during WTF remain the intellectual property of their creators.
WTF may record sessions, workshops, or events for documentation and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or contributions in such materials.
Fees paid for Elite or Event-Only Passes are non-refundable. However, if a delegate is unable to attend, the paid amount can be vouchered/adjusted for participation in a future WTF event.
Applicants for the Funded Pass are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $25 at the time of registration.
If selected as a Fully Funded Participant, WTF will cover round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, and other forum expenses.
If selected as a Partially Funded Participant, WTF will cover accommodation, meals, and forum expenses, while the delegate will be responsible only for their travel cost.
WTF is not responsible for visa rejections, travel restrictions, personal losses, accidents, or delays caused by third parties.
While we strive to ensure accurate information, WTF does not guarantee that all content on our website or publications is error-free.
WTF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of United States of America.
